Michaela Raab & Jasmin Rocha

Michaela Raab is an evaluator and facilitator with degrees in Public International Law, Political Science and Contemporary Chinese Studies. Her clients include national, multilateral and non-governmental organisations. She also worked for 20 years in international development in Europe, Asia and Africa. Jasmin Rocha is an evaluator in Democracy & Human Rights, and Societal Cohesion & Social Participation. In 2016 she joined Camino, a social research institution. Before that she was Oxfam's Global Evaluation Research and Learning Officer, and has extensive experience evaluating national and international civil society initiatives. Both are based in Berlin, Germany.
